Man i cant tell you how much this game blows..shody camera angles,horrible controls,lame story line (ok being a pirate makes it alittle cooler) im betting the company that made this game cringes everytime its brought up ..basically its a horrible game that no one should play or remember any game for the atari is better than this one ..i dont reccomend downloading it...even though some of you will ...i cant believe i wasted the money to actually buy this game about 5 years ago, i still remember clearly how lame it is (if that helps)
If you're looking for a sequel for Alundra, you're not going to find it in this game, despite the name. If you are like me, a fan of the origional Alundra looking for a sequel, know that you will be dissapointed by this game, as Alundra and Alundra 2 is COMPLETELY unrelated. What bothered me the most (other than the fact that I bought a sequel to one of my favorite games that wasn't a sequel at all) was that the dark, mature story was replaced with a "whacky", childish one. This game isn't completely bad, you just have to keep in mind that this game is not up to par to the first game. If you know you've never played the first one, know that this game has some entertainment value, the story isn't all bad and the dungeons can be quite challenging, although if you looking for a really good game, you should keep looking.
Yea Alundra & Alundra 2 have no relation whatsoever! and because Alundra 2 ruined the entire of the Alundra concept, i dont think Alundra 3 will ever be made! But i hope it does get made and it has the characters, same location and a similar story line to Alundra (man that will boost PS3 sales!)

First PSX game I ever owned as a kid and it was the best 60 hours of my life with Playstation. Don't listen to these idiots above me, if you can get over the camera angle (which can be changed with Select) and if you can get passed the first section you will find one of the most enjoyable underrated titles from the era. Great puzzles, good voiceacting, and great gameplay!
If you want it to make it even more enjoyable for yourself, DO NOT PLAY ALUNDRA 1. Otherwise you'll be butthurt like all the other Alundra 1 fans. I played both and I found Alundra 2 to be better, but 1 still has it's charms.

Mr.Mister is right, this game is good. The camera is a issue but its easily sorted. If you have played alundra 1 then you may feel like this game is a let down, if not then its a must have.
